It's a beautiful restaurant. The service was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice and welcoming. We had the Big Poppa and the Barbecue Chicken flat bread and the Fresh Peach salad, which we spilt but you could really make a meal out of it (which is the intent). We also enjoyed a flight of wines and a tasty cider. Definitely worth the visit!

I walked in after the kitchen closed after being denied by other bars closed doors or closed kitchens. The bar tender wanted to help so badly he looked at the owner and asked what could he done. The owner got up, himself and went to make me a sandwich. This type of service isn't measurable by a star system because he genuinely cares for his customers. I have not been here once before. Much love to the owners of this establishment

Just wanted to share what an amazing experience we had tonight for our co-worker's wedding celebration. The entire event was just what I wanted, upscale for business but casual with relaxing vibes. Everything was just perfect....

Fantastic hometown owners - amazing menu and great service - take the time to go inside, you’ll be delighted by everything! Amazing place for dining with your friends, but also a family friendly section that is completely separate—and a kids menu, but kids will love many things on the regular menu too! This will quickly become a Michiana classic!

What an awesome gem. We were greeted when we walked in. Jessica gave us the lowdown and she is great. You would be hard pressed to find a better person in the service industry. We had the bourbon bacon brie, it was awesome, they added apricot and yummy. I had two blind flights and they were great. No bad wines, just better wines. My wife had the spaghetti squash and she loved it. I had the turkey jam. Just turkey, cranberry jam, and Brie on a panini. Perfect afternoon sandwich. This is the perfect wine bar. Unusual quality wines and great service. One of our best afternoons ever. Jessica is special.

Another early supper/late afternoon at The Cellar Wine Bar and Kitchen with my sister Jane. The menu is so much fun to explore. The cocktails amazing (I had a Jeffereon Street Old-fashioned but was sorely tempted by the Harter Heights Hipster). The wines interesting and varied. I was thinking I'd try a Malbec from Argentina with a Cubano Panini. But I opted for a great cab (Iconclast) with meatballs. The herbs in the pork and beef meatballs were so good. Did I detect some rosemary? And the marinara sauce superb. And globs of burrata ensconced in the marinara. All accompanied by crostini. (Last time I had Adult Mac and Cheese. The time before that I had the andouille bruschetta with apricot spread. The Caesar Salad is excellent and easily shared by an army of 12. I didn't finish anything but have good meatballs for home eating. And, of course, crostini. We love Table 11 with it's comfy armchairs. The Cellar is so wonderful. Its owners embraced South Bend and Mishawaka and have created a space which is elegant yet casual.

The Bruschetta shareable plate was very good.. We ordered the salad and meatballs to compliment it. The salad was plentiful, and can be shared between 2-4 ppl. It was flavorful, and the pepperoni were a nice add-in. The ambience and vibe are great.

Had an incredible anniversary celebration with my wife at The Cellar! Service was fantastic, environment was cozy, food was excellent and the wine selection was amazing. Loved having lots of options for the bruschetta! Definitely will be back for more!

I just threw my daughter's bridal shower there and it was perfect! the venue is beautiful and Lisa and the staff are amazing! all the food was so delicious! I highly recommend!

Honestly I throughly enjoyed my time here!! The servers were wonderful. I cozied up in the corner chairs and enjoyed the quiet for a bit. The food was delicious!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!
